Village Groom Room operates on a one -to-one basis which is a premium grooming service, that ensures that your pet is given 100% of my attention throughout the appointment period.

We understand there are things in life that can get to the better of us.

This system can only work if clients bring their dogs and collect their dogs at the specified appointment times. Your appointment slot includes time allocated to a pre-groom consultation, so that there is no need to arrive early to book in.

We kindly request that you arrive at the time of your appointment and pick your dog up on time time as advised.
This is to ensure that other dogs booked in our care receive the same attention and time we give to yours.

No Shows/Missed Appointments without 24 hours notice will incur a fee of £10 payable at your next appointment.

If you are unable to make it on time please give the me a call in the first instance on 07515 747675 and I will do my utmost to re-arrange for you on the same day if not next day or a day of your convenience.
